  • Compare shipping rates from third-party carriers
  • Track shipments
  • Integrate shipping functions via API

We are not a carrier and do not perform physical transportation of goods.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our services. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Payments

  • Services are provided on a prepaid or usage-based basis
  • Fees are charged per shipment, label, or usage
  • All payments are final except as stated in our Refund Policy

4. Shipping Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of shipment details
  • Compliance with carrier requirements
  • Contents of packages

We are not responsible for carrier performance, delays, or damages.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our platform to:

  • Ship illegal or restricted goods
  • Violate any applicable laws or carrier rules
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). We are not responsible for their services or actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Shipment delays or losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party service failures

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
